During your stay, you’ll find that the city has something unique to offer, whether it’s Hanover Zoo, Maschsee, Opera House, Marktkirche, or Herrenhausen Gardens.

From city tours, to sightseeing, there is a lot you can experience in Hanover. A red line is painted on the ground across the streets, over a length of 4,200 meters, leading to 36 sights across the city-centre.

Some of you may take the arched elevator up the 98m high dome in our New Town Hall, Neues Rathaus, and enjoy the impressive view over the city. On the way up, you will first be transported vertically and then at an angle of 17 degrees.

Others might choose to take a trip to one of the many museums, such as the Sprengel Museum, Lower Saxony State Museum or the Wilhelm Busch Museum.
